Mike Oliver
Col (retd) Michael Oliver 
Mike Oliver was commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served across the world with the British Army for 34 years with 8th Kings Royal Irish Hussars, the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers and Greys) and Training Headquarters, Army Strategic Command Wilton. He served as Chairman of North Dorset District Council until his retirement from public service in 2009.

Frederik Hsu DL 
Fred Hsu gained an MBA from Imperial College, London and has been involved in the Security & Defence sector since 1989 as Chief Executive of Firmin & Sons plc, supplying UK MOD, United Nations and governments worldwide. He served on the National Council of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI); Board and Council of Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and was Founder Chairman of the Clothing & Infrastructure Group (CLING) of ADS. He has served as Deputy to the Lord Lieutenant of the West Midlands since 2000.

Louis Oliver trained in accountancy with Grant Thornton. He held the posts of Distribution and Buying Director for the 440-store Oliver Group PLC where he gained extensive international experience and was responsible for a £100m annual budget. He has had extensive procurement and logistics experience supplying Marks & Spencer, Royal Mail, UK and international governments. 
Peter Marks
Peter Marks MSc 
Peter Marks was commissioned as an officer of HM Armed Forces at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served for 18 years with the British Army. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Peter has worked for leading defence contractors such as Land Rover, Courtaulds Aerospace, GKN Defence, GEC Marconi and British Aerospace, delivering over £1bn of Security & Defence equipment and services to UK MOD and overseas governments.

He has over 25 years' experience in the financial management, control and direction of large, medium and small businesses. Adam has served as Finance Director of private and publicly quoted companies in the health, IT, media and financial services sectors. 
Nick Oliver
Nicholas Oliver 
Nicholas Oliver was commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where he was awarded the Queen's Sword of Honour and served with the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards for 19 years rising to the rank of Captain. Nicholas is responsible for securing infrastructure projects in sub-Saharan Africa. He is an experienced procurement specialist with a successful track record in business development.
